Hong Kong-based producer Yaat is methodically taking over the dance music scene with his fresh take on beloved genres like tech house, psy-slap and pop. Formerly known as Yaman, Yaat has already found success with her debut release “Jenny from the Block,” which is poised to hit the 1.5 million stream mark on Spotify.
Yaat’s sequel to Jennifer Lopez’s cover was a collaboration with UK producer DC13, “Crave Your Love”, which also garnered massive attention. Yaat’s success was partly fueled by NFT platform monkmafia.io, which helped raise over $13,500 for 20% royalties from “Jenny from the Block”.
