Marshmello & Ray Volpe finally release long-awaited collaboration, “Old School”

Unlike many ID collabs that spend weeks or months on the road before ultimately being scrapped, Marshmallow And Ray Volpe only started playing “Old School” relatively recently. When we say the collab is “long overdue,” we mean fans have been asking for this pairing for way, way, way longer.

The two have always occupied a similar space in the audio realm of bass music, and the end result of their eventual collaboration is a prime example of how their two sounds fuse together.

“Old School” is quite short, clocking in at just over two minutes, and the drop only reaches halfway through, so listeners will surely replay this roughly 70-second track ad nauseam for it’s been a while of time. That being said, the drop wonderfully scratches the itch to get input from both artists and we are grateful for that.
