Two-time award-winning artist NIK:11 is on a mission to showcase his eclectic sound that ranges from electro, big-hall bounce, tech-house, and more. She toured the world, including festivals in America, Japan and Europe, even reaching the Billboard Dance Chart with her track “FEEDBACK “ with Ouiwey Collins.
For their latest single, NIK:11 tapped Grammy-nominated producer Chico Bennett for their haunting single “Pillow talk“. It sounds like an early 2000s dancefloor anthem, reminiscent of earlier Lady Gaga with a pinch of Zedd, that you’d expect to dance your heart out to in the middle of the night in a Miami club.
This song was inspired by the 1973 release of the classic 70s R&B track “Pillow talk”written and performed by Sylvia Robinsonthat NIK:11 shares:
“I fell in love with Sylvia Robinson’s story, because she was sexy and she took risks, when no one else believed in the track ‘Pillow Talk’, she released it herself and performed the track in a liberating, sexually and free manner.
