“ODESZA: The Last Goodbye Cinematic Experience” in cinemas worldwide July 7 for one night only

For the very first time, experience ODESZA’s awe-inspiring live spectacle as an immersive concert film with “ODESZA: The Last Goodbye Cinematic Experience”. Releasing in cinemas worldwide for just one night on Friday, July 7, “ODESZA: The Last Goodbye Cinematic Experience” shows one of modern electronic music’s most important innovators like you’ve never seen him before, delivering an intimate look at the process of creating the band’s hugely successful and record-breaking return to the touring scene with “The Last Goodbye Tour”.

This cinematic event features extensive behind-the-scenes content, including personal interviews with ODESZA’s Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight, their fans and members of their creative team, all spanning the past 10 years. The conversations are woven with full concert footage filmed in part at one of ODESZA’s hometown shows at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena and in part elsewhere during their 2022 nationwide tour. Viewers will experience transformative pyrotechnic visuals and effects, plus full choreography – including a horn section, vocalists and the now famous ODESZA drum line – all in collaboration with Harrison and Clay.

“We wanted to take a look behind the curtain on The Last Goodbye and shine a light on the unsung heroes who bring this show to life,” Harrison and Clay said of the film. “For years, we have been trying to make our show a theatrical production. Now seems like a good time to release the film version of this performance, and the only person we felt fit to fill the director’s seat was Sean Kusanagi. He’s been there with his camera since our first show, capturing the real formation of ODESZA, our life on the road, and the creation of this live show. Sean’s hard work and dedication to his craft is evident in every frame of this project. »
