Genesis Owusu continues to be one of Australia’s most demanded exports. Last week, he released a new remix by ZHU of his 2022 hit single, “Get Inspired,” which features a menacing, poetic punk hybridity and an infectious falsetto breakdown.
“Zhu wanted to remix ‘Get Inspired’ was a pretty crazy thing to hear,” Owusu notes. “He really managed to turn it into a grimy club track, and even came to spit his own bars.”
