Zimbabwean DJ/producer WE WERE GIVENpresents his first track “Dancehall” on Let me hear it.
With its upbeat and energetic groove, the song features a combination of dance elements and traditional dancehall vibes that mark the transition of the season in all parts of the world.
Following his previous collaboration with warning case on “you’re like a dream”, TAPIWA’s new version receives praise from other DJs, including Jeremiah Asiamah who chose “Dancehall” as his Its amount of the week on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
TAPIWA recalls that this African-inspired house record has been one of his favorites since he started experimenting with electronic music in 2018.
